Is there an application process for individual services?

No.  Unlike full membership, individual services do not require an evaluation or ascertation on the scope of resources your business may need; the resources required for any individual service have already been determined.  This is not to say that any individual service may not be immediately available - BMI must prioritize existing member needs and ensure that no client receives less than fantastic service.  You can rest assured, however, that if the 'Buy Now' button is on the individual services' page that you are considering, it is available.
