Official Raffle Terms
- No purchase necessary. No purchase of any kind is required to enter or win, and no purchase will influence the results.
- Business email required. Entries must use a valid business email address. Personal email addresses (such as Gmail, Yahoo or iCloud) are not eligible.
- Stay subscribed to win. You must remain subscribed to the BMI newsletter until the drawing date, November 30, 2026, to be eligible to win.
- No obligation after the drawing. You do not have to remain subscribed once the raffle has concluded, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- One entry per person. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
- Random drawing. One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days, or BMI may select another winner.
- The prize. The prize is five (5) hours of BMI support, with the scope of work selected by BMI. It has no cash value and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Eligibility. Open to business owners and representatives where permitted by law. Void where prohibited.
- Changes. BMI may modify, suspend or cancel this promotion if circumstances require it, and its decisions on all matters relating to the raffle are final.
- Your data. Information you submit is used to manage your newsletter subscription and the raffle.
