BMI offers the guarantee for the entire length of a new hire's probation period (3 months).  If the candidate doesn't work out in that time frame for reasons outside your control, BMI will re-find, re-vet, and re-recommend a new set of candidates, at no additional cost.

Candidate Recruitment

Leave the hardest and most time-intensive parts of recruiting to BMI.  Designed to assist with job posting, applicant collection, testing, and vetting, the Candidate Recruitment package works with you to transform your job description directly into applicants for you to interview and hire.  Candidate Recruitment begins with you filling out a simple form that gathers all the information BMI needs to turn it into an attractive job posting.  We'll then take care of the application process, keeping you informed every step of the way, and when qualified candidate profiles arrive, we send them to you.  You can rest assured that any candidate provided has completed BMI's rigorous selection process and would be a fine addition to your organization.  It's just a matter of selecting which candidate you believe to be the best fit for your corporate culture.  BMI does the heavy lifting, and hands off the final decision to you.


Ideal for organizations looking to offload the majority of the recruitment process, but still wish to have a hand in the final interviews and hiring decision.

End-to-End Recruitment

The process is designed to take care of every step along the way. The End-to-End Recruitment package includes everything to take you from a vacant position to new employee.  Built on the understanding that your time is precious, and you need to focus on other aspects of your business to drive success, End-to-End only requires some preliminary information before it becomes a set-it-and-forget-it.  The important distinction of End-to-End over Candidate is the interview and negotiation stages of recruitment.  Applicants are not only vetted by BMI's rigorous process, they are also interviewed by BMI's experts.  Remuneration is negotiated on the spot for the right candidates, and job offers can be made to, as the saying goes, strike while the iron is hot, and the candidate is excited about the position.
