If one candidate does not work out, there are still more recommended and vetted candidates to select from, without having to restart the recruitment campaign. BMI is so confident in our process, that even if all three suggested candidates are not the right fit for your organization, we will continue to recruit until we find the right fit, guaranteed. Still not sure? BMI offers the guarantee for the entire length of a new hire's probation period (3 months). If the candidate doesn't work out in that time frame for reasons outside your control, BMI will re-find, re-vet, and re-recommend a new set of candidates, at no additional cost.

You receive an email from BMI with a form to fill out. This form asks for all the details about the position, such as title, pay type and ideal range, skills required, etc. You can also select how often you want notifications and updates on progress.

When qualified candidates have completed the BMI vetting process, the top profiles will be handed over to you. The candidates will already have been pre-notified to expect contact, so all that's left is for you to interview and hire.

BMI will vet candidates and interview the top applicants. Any applicant that impresses our interviewers will be offered the position, and negotiations for a start date, remuneration, and other details will happen right then and there. Your new employee will be given a start date and time in accordance with your preferences, and you will be notified when to expect them.
BMI will follow up with you on how the new hire is working out, to make sure that the candidate selected was right for you and your organization. If for any reason outside your control they aren't, we go back to step 3 until you're satisfied!
